Halo Water Proofing is a IN-licensed Crawl Space Encapsulation company that treats every Coalmont job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Coalmont technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Coalmont homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Coalmont technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Coalmont calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Coalmont homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Coalmont foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Coalmont foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Coalmont customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Coalmont crews handle most.
A flooded Coalmont basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.

We've heard every Coalmont horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Coalmont customers through this process many times.
Our trucks are recognizable around Coalmont — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.
